Factory Hotel - Munster (North Rhine-Westphalia)

I almost gave this place a good review, but the lack of comfort is impossible to overlook. The paint was peeling and the coffee situation was a disgrace with just one capsule. I expected at least a courtesy gift, but zero. How hard is it to treat your guests like human beings?

The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs. It was in the revamped downtown area and within walking distance to local nightlife. The breakfast provided at the hotel was outstanding. The selection was great, and the omelet chef was very accommodating and made delicious omelets. The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially the desk staff who went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice pool and a well-equipped gym for guests to use.

The factory hotel features beautiful architectural design blending historical and modern elements, offering guests a unique charm. The on-site dining options were excellent with a variety of fresh selections for breakfast. And staff were always attentive.

I stayed as guest at a wedding, the service was excellent, the food very good and the room very fancy. The bathroom was great, with place for everything.

Unique hotel with a charming mix of modern and industrial design. The bed was too soft for my comfort.

The free parking , and the place around the hotel there is a lot of lovely restaurants , a super market etc., it is perfect

We loved exploring the vibrant shops and restaurants nearby, perfect for snacking after a day of cycling through the region's beautiful routes. Our stay was made even better as we could bring our non-service dog along. The spacious room felt cute!

My wife says that better soundproofing would improve sleep.

We really liked how close in proximity the hotel was to several nice restaurants. We liked both the tapas (which they can bill to your too number) and the Italian restaurant. Free parking was a plus, too! Hotel staff was helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. We loved the bar, Tide. Had a very extensive cocktail menu.

Both the hotel restaurant and bar were completely closed on Saturday night for a wedding. Would have appreciated knowing that prior to getting our hopes up to visit the bar one evening. We felt sorry for the poor bartender that had to turn away dozens of people before the wedding party got there. Also, would have been nice to have windows to open for air during the evening, instead of having to keep the sliding door opened which opens onto the shared balcony with many other rooms.

The beds where nice and big, and have a great walk in shower. lots of place's to eat in all next to hotel.
